How to Order SHELTER Tailor-Made Products

 

SHELTER’s tailor-made service offers customized designs based on your preferences—ranging from structure and materials to color combinations.
We start from the base design and specifications shown on the product detail page (e.g., outer leather, lining, thread color, foil color, finishing), and refine the details through a consultation.


Step 1. Consultation Request

Please contact us through one of our official support channels (KakaoTalk, Naver TalkTalk, Instagram DM, or X/Twitter Message) with details on your desired design, intended use, and preferred colors.


Step 2. Design Discussion & Option Coordination

Based on your request, we’ll organize the available options and propose the optimal design.
During this process, we’ll discuss the following elements:

  1. Items to be stored (e.g., Montblanc 149, Pilot Capless)

  2. Structure and layout (e.g., number of pen slots, closure type)

  3. Type and color of leather

  4. Color combinations for lining, thread, etc.

  5. Hot stamping (text, position, font style)


Step 3. Quotation & Confirmation

Once all design elements are finalized, we will provide a personalized quotation.
Additional charges may apply depending on leather type (e.g., Cordovan, Bridle) and the complexity of the design.
Production will begin after you confirm the quote and complete payment.


Step 4. Production

Once payment is confirmed, we begin crafting your item according to the agreed specifications.
Production typically takes 30 business days.
If your request includes custom structural design or leather changes, the timeline may be adjusted accordingly.


Step 5. Completion & Shipping

After completion, the item will be carefully packaged and shipped.
