How can I check the status of my order?

You can inquire about your order status through our customer service or any of our support channels. We’ll be happy to assist you.

When will my order be shipped?

Production time varies depending on the order type:

• Standard orders: Approximately 30 business days from the payment date

• Tailor-Made orders: May take more than 30 business days, depending on the specifications
  (Please note: Additional design requirements or specific leather requests may affect the schedule.)

Once production is complete, your order will be inspected, packaged, and shipped in sequence.

Can I combine shipping for standard and tailor-made orders?

Yes, combined shipping is available. However, all items will be shipped together based on the timeline of the tailor-made item.
If you prefer to receive the standard item sooner, we recommend requesting separate shipping.
