Leather

SHELTER uses only leather produced through eco-friendly processes, placing great importance on material properties suited to each product’s purpose, along with harmonious color palettes.

ECBATANA by Badalassi Carlo (Italy) : Features a distinctive relic texture, handcrafted by artisans. Highly durable—ideal for bags, wallets, notebook covers, and other small leather goods. Used in the SHELTER Europa Collection.

BUTTERO by Conceria Walpier (Italy) : Cowhide with a dense grain, smooth surface, and rich colors.

MINERVA BOX by Badalassi Carlo (Italy) : Milled cowhide with an embossed texture and soft, supple grain. Well-suited for structured leather goods such as bags, wallets, and notebook covers.

PUEBLO by Badalassi Carlo (Italy) : Cowhide textured with steel ball rollers, made from Minerva leather. Known for its deep and rapid aging. Used in the SHELTER Theme Collection.

Sullya by Alran SAS (France) : Goatskin with an embossed texture and vibrant colors. Lightweight with excellent resilience. Used in the SHELTER Classy Collection.

ENGLISH BRIDLE LEATHER by J&E Sedgwick Co. (UK) : Treated for over six weeks with a blend of tallow made from bovine fat and marine oils. Characterized by its signature white bloom and glossy finish after buffing. Used in the SHELTER Ceora Collection.

CORDOVAN by Sinki-hikaku (Japan) : Leather made from the fibrous membrane of a horse’s hindquarters. Known for its dense structure, excellent resilience, and elegant sheen. Used in the SHELTER Shiora Cordovan Series.

Wood

Poplar : A hardwood with a uniform color and grain. Lightweight and fast-growing, making it an eco-friendly material suitable for a wide range of products.

 

Lining

High-performance lining resistant to color transfer and scratches.
Easily cleanable with a wet tissue or similar.

 

Thread

MeiSi (China) : Premium linen thread known for its vivid color and consistent thickness.
